It was ten years ago that the first version of Adventure Builder was
publicly released.  To celebrate, we are releasing the source code to
V1.1.  Check out htp://www.accessone.com/~conroy/anniversary.htm to
get a copy.  As soon as I can get ftp to work, I'll also upload it to
the archives.  Nothing earth-shaking, but its the best I could come up
with to mark the time.

Why V1.1 instead of V1.0?  Well, you know how they say to make backups
in case anything happens to your hard disk?  Well, I had a 60 Mb disk
which was used for archiving old software, and the only copy of the
1.0 sources were on it.  As you have probably guessed, it is now
defunct along with the archived software.  SIGH.

Why V1.1 instead of V2.0?  First, since this is an anniversary, I
thought it would be good to look back and see where AB was ten years
ago (if nothing else, its good for a few laughs).  Second, I still
haven't given up hope on having some form of financial success in the
future based on the current code base.  Hence, I'm hesitant to just
publish the source.  If, after ten years of non-financial success, I
still think there is hope, then I must [pick one]: 1) be incredibly
optimistic, 2) have an incredible ego, 3) be totally deluded, 4) have
something awesome up my sleeve, or 5) all of the above.
