Subject: A Minor Arrival Bug

The competition is barely started, and already there's a bug in my game.

Fortunately, it's a minor one. In a fit of irony, the command COMMANDS no
longer works. It should list all the special commands Arrival recognizes, but
it doesn't do anything.

You can still see the special commands by typing HELP, then selecting
"Instructions and Information", then "Special Commands".
