From: Bram Moolenaar <[email protected]>
------------

Patch 6.0ax.009
Problem:    When in a terminal where Vim uses a second screen buffer, after
exiting, the shell prompt would be after the hit-return prompt of
           a ":!" command. (Hans Fugal)
Solution:   Output an extra newline in this situation when exiting.
