Patch 5.4n.4
Problem: When the 't' flag in 'cpoptions' is included, after a
":nohlsearch" the search highlighting would not be enabled again
after a tag search. (Norbert Zeh)
Solution: When setting the new search pattern in jumpto_tag(), don't restore
no_hlsearch.
