Yup!
Here's another list of excellent files that can be found on
> mac.archive.umich.edu <, an excellent site dedicated to
advancing shareware and freeware for that most excellent
of personal computers, the Apple Macintosh.
If you have any questions on how to get at the archives
(besides our always overloaded main ftp server, we have easy
and unlimited access via the AFS distributed file system, Gopher,
WWW and a mail server), or if you have problems retrieving
the files, drop us a note at "

A lot of questions have been sent directly to me, and being
perpetually swamped with stuff to do, I'm always behind
on replying. Sending the problems to "questions" gets a much
faster response from our most excellent staff of volunteers.

easy to put in place and very beneficial).

Based on an old arcade game called Star Castle, you fly a spaceship
around on a wrap-around screen and attack an enemy base which sits
in the middle of the screen. The base protects itself with three
rotating shield rings, heat seeking mines, and a plasma cannon.
There are shields, bonus points, challenge level and more. Very
spiffy graphics. Fat binary. Cyclone II features
improved graphics and sound over the original.

This is a program designed to "play" disc-based sound, PICT and
movie files in the order, timing and duration specified by a simple
script (which the user creates). It was originally written for
psychological/functional neuroimaging presentation of stimuli. This
archive contains a fully working demonstration version whose only
limitation is a time-limit (5-10 minutes or so). Version 2.19 is
