Tcl 7.0 is not recommended (file descriptors may be lost)

Patch p1 *must* be applied to Tk 3.6 ( --> Tk 3.6p1)
Patch p2 should be applied to Tk 4.2 ( --> Tk 4.2p2), see README.Tk4.2p2
