The file tex2lat.zip contains:

       an exe file for MS-DOS
       sources of all the files
       doc.

It is a program to translate (AMS-)Tex archives to AMS-LaTeX
archives. It is in a very preliminar version (but, at least, useful
for the author). It is freeware.
