i changed the Makefile to just make dvilj2p and dvilj4..edit
it if you need to support other lj's (or a 3812)
i set the default font path to /usr/TeX/lib/tex/fonts
(see config.h)

the dvilj2p and dvilj4 enclosed were compiled with gcc 2.5.5 and
libc 4.5.3; if you have older libs, just recompile.
