% The ``hellas'' bibliographic style is based on the plain style.
% For most bibliographic record types there is an equivalent record
% type whose name begins with the prefix ``gr-''. These gr-something
% records may have the usual fields plus the fields ``translator''
% and ``original-title''. These fields should be used when referring
% to a translated manuscript and these case the ``author'' and the
% ``original-title'' information come out in Latin characters.
% For the record type ``gr-inproceedings'' there are two more
% fields available ``foreign-author'' and ``foreign-title'' just in
% case a foreigner presents a paper in a language other than Greek
% in some Greek conference (this isn't unusual). There is no
% ``gr-masterthesis'' and no ``gr-techreport'', since to the best of my
% knowledge such things do not exist, yet... Moreover, there is no
% ``gr-unpublished'' record type, the ordinary ``unpublished'' record
% type assumes that an unpublished document is a Greek one. But in case
% someone has a unpublished document in a language other than Greek,
% he can use the ``foreign-author'' and ``foreign-title'' fields. (This
% trick was necessary simple BibTeX could not handle one more record type.)
% For this same reason there no ``gr-incollection'' record type, I guess
% someone can use the ``gr-inbook'' record type without harm... If
% someone is using any of the ``gr-'' records he has to supply a key,
% just in case the author is a Greek one. This is necessary because
% the transliteration employed for Greek could produce at least weird results.
% A last aspect of the ``hellas'' style is that it tries to avoid the
% production of any tie. The reason being the fact that BibTeX has been
% programmed to emit the standard plain TeX character instead of a
% control sequence...
