\subsection{Flipping and rotating structures}

The vertical flipping can be reverted by passing the option \lstinline!--flop! or \lstinline!-q!:

Horizontal flipping is done with option \lstinline!--flip! or \lstinline!-p!.

Rotation is performed by passing the  \lstinline!--angle! or \lstinline!-a! option; rotation is counter-clockwise:
