The reason why these releases haven't been signed with Tatu Yl�nen's
pgp-key is that he is in the US. They will be signed when he comes back.

GENERAL
=======

- Fixes compilation errors on numerous platforms.

- Fixed one #ifdef bug in sshutil/sshfilexfers.c. ssh2 should
compile on OpenBSD now. (fix by Jakob Schlyter <[email protected]>)

- License agreement has been changed a bit, particularly on the section
which species uses that are not considered non-commercial.
