This is a continuation of the python qt binding. Several
widgets have been added but I still don't consider it a
robust library yet, howver it is good enough to create forms
based GUIs. I added Menu, ListBox, FileDialog and a few others.


I guess I am now the maintainer of this library since nobody else
seems to want to take over.

Installation:

edit the Makefile and put in your path for the QT libraries and include
files. Then type 'make' at the command line, that should be all.
