Comments:
The picture is made completely with trueSpace, using only different
material settings, except for texture/bump mapping of the rocks and
the floor (only bump mapped). It's raytraced with an anti-alias setting
of 2.
I guess the scene file is of no relevance here, as it's not available
as a POV-source. It could have been rendered with POVray, if the scene
was converted to 3DS or DXF, and then again to a POV include file.
