This release adds a complete rewrite of the rules tool,
user-defined filters, space reading, Sylpheed's "smooth scrolling",
new color/icon/font cues for navigating groups and articles,
more article navigation shortcuts, user-configurable
browser for opening web links, and lots of bug fixes.
