This directory is for legacy LPRng filter software, of varying usefulness.
Your mileage may vary.

simple-crlf-of.c  - horribly simple filter

simple_sh_filter.sh - horribly simple shell filter

lp-pipe - simple set of filters to support network devices.

main.c (from ../TESTSUPPORT) - good starting point for new filters.

Other useful printer-and-postscript-related utilities:

   psnup   postscript manipulation
   a2ps    another text-to-postscript pretty-printer
   groff   troff clone, with postscript output
