[*] Install fails on non-Red-Hat-Linux systems

Problem:
  + (10-Jun-1997) On non-Red-Hat-Linux systems without RPM
    installed, Red Hat Motif may fail to install,
    complaining that the file /usr/lib/rpmrc does not exist.

Solution:
  + Download the following file and move it to
    /usr/lib/rpmrc:

    ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/updates/motif/2.0.1/non-RedHat/rpmrc
