This version only makes a few minor changes:

1.  We went back to completing our commands during the interrupt for
   performance reasons.
2.  Added the 7895_irq_hack boot option to deal with broken Tyan Thunder II
   motherboards.  This only applies for BIOS version < 1.16 on the Tyan
   Thunder II motherboard.  It has a bug dealing with the IRQ setup on
   the 7895 controller.  This option may go away in the future.
3.  Cleanups to the README.aic7xxx file.
