Fixes in this version include:

1.      Fix the aic7xxx_release function to avoid memory leaks when
       unloading the driver as a module (thanks to Matthew Jacob for his
       code contribution on this).
2.      More changes to negotiation code and a few changes to MMAPed I/O.
