Release Notes
--------------

- REQUIREMENTS:  You must have Red Hat 6.2 installed.  All of these
 packages were built against a Red Hat Linux 6.2 environment.  If you do
 not have Red Hat Linux 6.2 installed, you will experience difficulty.
 Some of the packages require other packages from Red Hat Linux 6.2, the
 PowerTools CD, or from this CD.  Please make sure you have all the proper
 libraries installed BEFORE submitting a bug report.

- Some packages need configuration tweaking in order to work properly.  Make
 sure to check all configuration files with the respective package in order
 to get things working properly.

- Directory structure on this CD:

  SRPMS        - source rpms for teh CPAN perl modules
  alpha        - the CPAN perl modules compiled for the Alpha architecture
  i386         - the CPAN perl modules compiled for the Intel x86 architecture
  sparc        - the CPAN perl modules compiled for the SPARC architecture

  extra-SRPMS  - other source RPMs generated from the CPAN perl modules
                 tarballs that were not precompiled by Red Hat Software
                 because of dependencies on libraries and software that is
                 not likely to be available on every system.  To install
                 these perl modules you will need first to rebuild them on
                 your system using rpm --rebuild <package>

  CPAN-archive - This is a mirror of the CPAN archive from www.perl.org.
                 To conserve space, a number of files were ommited: the
                 older releases of perl, the ports directory, and other
                 files which had little relevance to the CPAN perl modules.

- Some RPMS may not work with your system.  If this occurs, please submit a
 bug report on our bug tracking system at http://developer.redhat.com/bugzilla
