HyperNews has reached a new plateau so please try it again.  The new
address is:

  http://ginko.cecer.army.mil:8000/hypernews/hypernews.html

New features:

 * You can respond to any base article or response without having to
install anything.  You need a server if you want to point to your own
URL, of course.

 * The tree of all responses is displayed under each base article.
Under each response, only the tree of responses to it are shown.

 * The scripts are all written in Perl, but that matters only if
you want to start serving base articles.
