Here's the camel for those who prefer it -- scanned directly from The
Cover of The Book.  It comes from the icon for the perl users mailing
list and comp.lang.perl newsgroup distributed in the icon databases for
the "faces" program (available in pub/faces on cs.indiana.edu anonymous
ftp).

       Faces is a window-based tool for visually monitoring lists with
       icons. Typically, it is used to monitor mail, print queues or
       users on a system.  It contains graphical interfaces for NeWS,
       SunView, XView and X11.  The development of faces is led by Rich
       Burridge ([email protected]).  See the README file in the
       faces source code for complete details about the system.

And a lot of the faces applications are written in perl.
