Closer examination reveals that record syntax returned by CORE and
register.com whois servers, even when queried through the Network Solutions
server, are wildly different from the format used by Network Solutions.
Since there is in fact no published standard they are free to change
anything any time.
The Perl module Net::Whois therefore at this time only supports domains from
Network Solutions and will return 'not found' because it cannot find the
record information in the text returned.
The fix is non-trivial.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
