                       Announcing VMS::Priv 1.31

The VMS::Priv module gives perl scripts the ability to add and drop any
privileges that the user running the script has available. Equivalent to
the DCL SET PROCESS/PRIVILEGE= and SHOW PROCESS/PRIVILEGE commands, this
module also provides access to a user's default privileges as recorded in
the SYSUAF.

Note that this module will *not* violate system security--it can not add a
privilege that a user does not have authorization for.
