I am pleased to announce that Thomas Boutell's wonderous GD has
been ported (again) to the Win32 Perl platform as an perl 5 extension.
This extension is based on Dr. Lincoln Stein's wonderful work but
has been altered ever so slightly to work with Win32 Perl.
