This is a periodic posting about the availability of the Perl
Reference Guide.
The current version is 5.000.0. The kit includes pre-formatted
PostScript and LaTeX sources. It is available from the following
FTP-sites:
* ftp.NL.net:/pub/comp/programming/languages/perl/perlref-5.000.0.tar.gz
This is the master site. If you want to mirror it, do it from
this site.
* prep.ai.mit.edu:/pub/gnu/perlref-5.000.0.tar.gz
This site is mirrored by all major FTP archives all over the
world, check your nearby archive sites!!
* ftp.cis.ufl.edu:/pub/perl/doc/perlref-5.000.0.tar.gz
* ftp.perl.com:/pub/perl/doc/perlref-5.0.tar.gz
This site has a very slow link, please do not use!
Other mirrors, as known to me:
* ftp.cs.ruu.nl:/pub/PERL/perl5.0/doc
* ftp.cnit.nsk.su:/pub/docs/software/perl
How to get the Reference Guide via e-mail:
* Send the following message to
[email protected]
begin
path
[email protected] (SUBSTITUTE *YOUR* ADDRESS)
send PERL/perl5.0/doc/perlref-5.000.0.tar.gz
end
The path command can be deleted if we receive a valid 'from' address
in your message. If this is the first time you use our mail server,
we suggest you first issue the request:
