Hi folks, this is just to let you know that the kind folks at Delphi
Internet Services have started mirroring some of the perl archives on
ftp.delphi.com.

and

 ftp://ftp.delphi.com/pub/mirrors/packages/perl/

Are a couple of places to look.  ftp.perl.com has a relatively thin
connection to the net, so using this mirror may be to your advantage...
