The Multi Server Web Charter is a set of two perl5 scripts. It can
be used generate a list of the most popular web pages across several
web servers.
The charts generated contain the full title of each page listed, the
date it was last updated, and the number of times it was accessed,
and a graphical representation of its popularity.
The mswc suite consists of two scripts, one running on each of the
participating web servers and one running on the main web server.

* The number of accesses to each page gets now graphically
displayed as well this feature only works with Netscape. Users
of other browsers will notice a tiny red dot at the start of
each line.
* The Imagemap server from the NCSA distribution, unfortunately
does not send HTTP error codes. Therefore loggather dies not
realize when it queries such a script. In order to prevent
this particular item from showing up in the statistics, and
page with the title ``Mapping Server Error'' is ignored.
