Perl 5.001 (inoffical) patchlevel 1e is now available from
http://www.auto.tuwien.ac.at/Software/Apollo/perl5/
You can get there sources, binaries and docs for perl5.001e and
perl5.000. Information on how to build Perl on Apollo's is also
available.
Our ftp-site contains the archives also, look at
ftp://ftp.auto.tuwien.ac.at/pub/Software/Apollo/perl5/
Patches needed for Perl 5.001e on Apollo's have been forwarded to the
Perl maintainer. Maybe one day Perl (?? 5.002 ??) can be compiled
without any problems :)
