This distribution contains the Proc::WaitStat module.  This module
requires

   IPC::Signal module

so install it before building this one.  To build this module run

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

The documentation is embeded in the module, use

   perldoc WaitStat.pm

to read it before installation.
