Net::ICQ is no longer under development by me.  The
latest release is still available at
   http://www.netizen.com.au/~bekj/code/
but is NOT WORKING.

There has never been a fully functional release and never
will be unless somebody takes it over.  I'm not interested
in it anymore.

There is a mailing list at
  http://www.netizen.com.au/mailman/listinfo/
for the Net::ICQ list with approx 20 people on it.  The
list is quiet but several people seem to be interested in
helping with development if there were a leader.
