Convert::BER is a perl object class implementation to encode
and decode objects as described by ITU-T standard X.209

To use this package you will also need to obtain the following
distributions from CPAN

   authors/id/GBARR/Error-x.xx.tar.gz

If using perl -MCPAN install Bundle::Convert::BER
