Description of Working Group:

The User Connectivity Working Group will study the problem of how to
solve network users' end-to-end connectivity problems.

Goals and Milestones:

  FEB 90       Write a document, addressing the above issues, which
               describes a workable mechanism for solving User
               Connectivity Problems. Address the above issues. Submit
               this document into the RFC pipeline as appropriate.

  Done         Define the issues that must be considered in establishing a
               reliable service to users of the Internet who are
               experiencing connectivity problems.
