Minutes of the IP Security BOF (IPSEC)

Joe Tardo from Digital Equipment Corporation spoke on IPSEC including
Network Layer Security Protocol (NLSP)/Transport Layer Security Protocol
(TLSP). Joe also provided copies of his presentation handouts and a copy
of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC21 Information Retrieval, Transfer and Management for
OSI. A short discussion followed the presentation.

Al Hoover will establish a mailing list for IPSEC. After a discussion
with SAAG Chair Steve Crocker and a show of hands from the attendees,
another IPSEC BOF will be scheduled for the Washington IETF.
