I'd like to inform the IETF that I am aware of intellectual property
that may apply to the following IETF specifications:

draft-ietf-avt-ulp
RFC 2733

The intellectual property relevant to these technolgoies was
originally authored by me when I was employeed by Lucent technologies.
They are the owners of the property. I have not been with the company
for many years. As such, I cannot make any statements about license terms.
