This is to advise the IETF that Nokia believes the Nokia patent applications
"Method and system for providing a context for message compression", US10/024412,
PCT/IB02/00708 and "Apparatus, and associated method, for facilitating deletion
of dictionary content pursuant to communication of signaling protocol messages",
US09/916452, PCT/IB02/00818 may be relevant to RFC3321 (Signaling Compression (SigComp) -
Extended Operations).
