This is to advise the IETF that Nokia has an unpublished US
patent application No 10/602,078 that may relate to the Internet
Draft submission: On-Demand Access Authorization for SIP Event
Subscriptions <draft-trossen-simple-ondemand-00.txt>.

Regarding this Internet Draft submission simple/ondemand, to the
extent this submission is included into final IETF standard
spesification, Nokia agrees not to assert those claims in Nokia
patents that apply to this submission and are technically necessary
to implement the IETF standard spesification against any other party
in respect of its implementation of the specification, provided that
the party relying on this commitment does not assert its patents
against Nokia.
