This is to advise the IETF that Nokia believes the Nokia patent application
"Protocol To Determine Optimal Target Access Routers For Seamless IP-Level Handover",
US09/892611, PCT/IB02/02404, may be relevant to Decentralized approach using mobile
terminals' handover mentioned in the Internet Draft "Candidate Access Router Discovery"
(draft-ietf-seamoby-card-protocol-02.txt).
