The following IPR Disclosure and Licensing Declaration is made
pursuant to RFC 3668 Section 6.1.1 relating to draft-ietf-send-cga-06.txt
and draft-ietf-send-ndopt-06.txt

The technology of the documents might be covered by Ericsson patent
GB 2367986 and possibly be ultimately covered by corresponding
patents in other countries.

To the extent that the technology discussed in the documents becomes
an IETF Standard and to the extent claims of the granted patent or
corresponding patents issuing from patent applications cover the
IETF Standard, Ericsson will not assert any such claims against any
Implementer for fully complying with the IETF SEND Standard, provided
however that Ericsson retains the right to assert its patents against
any Implementer that asserts a patent against Ericsson for an
implementation of the IETF SEND Standard.
