The following IPR Disclosure and Licensing Declaration is made pursuant to RFC 3668 Section 6.1.1 and relating
to the documents draft-haddad-mip6-cga-omipv6-03.txt and draft-haddad-mip6-cga-bub-00.txt
The technology of the documents might be covered by Ericsson patent GB 2367986 and possibly be ultimately
covered by corresponding patents in other countries.
To the extent that the technology discussed in the documents becomes an IETF Standard and to the extent claims
of patents GB 2367986 or possible corresponding patents in other countries cover the IETF Standard, Ericsson
will upon written request offer to any implementer licenses on fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory terms under
such claims to implement the IETF Standard. Ericsson�s willingness to grant such licenses is conditional upon
the implementer granting a reciprocal license to Ericsson under any patents that the implementer possibly has to
the technology required to implement that IETF Standard.
