Cisco is the owner of US published patent applications 20040117251, 20050078610,
20050078656, 20060101158, 20070019652, 20070038767 and one or more pending unpublished
patent applications relating to the subject matter of "Applicability of Loop-free
Convergence" <draft-bryant-shand-lf-applicability-03>.

If any claims of any issued Cisco patents are necessary for implementing this specification,
any party will have the right to use any such patent claims under reasonable, non-discriminatory
terms, with reciprocity, to implement and fully comply with the specification.
