Alcatel Canada Inc. got the patent US 6 882 647 granted, which was
published on April 19, 2005. The patent might be relevant for IETF Internet
Draft "Transport of Layer 2
Frames over MPLS" < draft-martini-l2circuit-trans-mpls-08.txt > (11/01),
RFC 2547 (1999) and RFC 2547 bis.

Alcatel is prepared to grant a license under the conditions of Alcatel's
