necessary for the TIFF-FXpert Test System, which implements TIFF-FX
Profiles S, F, C and M, under the necessary patents, to make, use, offer
for sale, lease, or otherwise dispose of its products.

Quality Logic (formerly Genoa Technology) has participated in the TIFF-FX
interoperability test process as an independent developer of TIFF-FX.
