Subject: Intellectual Property Relevant to Alcatel IETF Contribution

Alcatel has filed a patent application relating to its contribution (by
Ram Dantu) in draft-ietf-sigtran-m2ua-01.txt.  If the contribution is
incorporated by the IETF in a standard, and a patent covering the
contribution issues to Alcatel, Alcatel is willing to make available, on
reasonable and non-discriminatory terms, a non-exclusive license in the
patent, as necessary to practice the standard, to any interested party
which is likewise willing to make available licenses necessary to
practice the standard.
