John AA9VT reported an smtp trace leakage in Linux Jnos, and here's the
fix.  This applies to Jnos 1.11f and many prior versions.  The trace msgs
were appearing outside the Command session, when the smtp trace value was
2 or greater.  Best of all, the fix takes less code space than the original!
I haven't tried this under MSDOS...but tracing there was often sub-optimal.
