This is a self-installing system.
Run "WLINK29" to start the installation.
All further instructions and notes are included with
the installation.
You may use this procedure for a brand new WinLink
installation or for an upgrade to an earlier
version of WinLink. This installation procedure can
safely handle both cases.
An "uninstall" procedure is also included.
For more information as to what has changed, consult
files UPDATE2, UPDATE3 and UPDATE4.TXT, located in your
APDATA directory after installation.
