This routine calcluates displays and prints a world map in polar
coordinates for any location in the world.  This is useful to determine
antenna azimuth direction. The programme runs under win95/NT only.  To
test the programme, unzip the file into a temp directory.  Run Setup.exe
to install.  After examination, the programme may be removed with the
Control panel.
