What is it? - A toolkit for those wishing to explore the DSP on PSA
             sound cards. These include the Cardinal, Orchid, Western
             Digital, Adaptec, Wearnes, and Echo DSP.

             The toolkit includes a PD assembler, boot formatter,
             C-callable utility functions, and an exampple
             application.

             This toolkit now support both the older style ESC-614
             ASICs as well as the latest ESC-615 ASICs.

Target platform - DOS, Windows, OS/2, Linux.
