I fixed an annoying bug that caused the assembler to read past
the end of file and crash.
The software toolkit for PC-based platforms as described in
"Using a DSP-based Sound Card for Amateur Radio", QEX of
August 1994 by Johan Forrer, KC7WW. The kit includes a PD assembler
for the ADSP21xx, a bootstrap formatter, and example on how to use
these tools for programming a PSA-based sound card, i.e. Cardinal PRO 16,
Orchid SW32, Western Digital Paradise 16-DSP, Wearnes Beethoven etc ...
For eventual placement in a DSP-related subdirectory.
