This patch is for anonymous cvs.

This fixes following problems.
 1. When gtk+ is compiled with --with-xinput feature, and input device is
    not powered on, X io error occurs.
 2. In my X environment, Shift + Tab produces the keysym XK_ISO_Left_Tab.
    Gtk only expects for XK_Tab, so focus does not move backward.
