Both gtk/gtkaccelgroup.c and gtk/gtkbindings.c include "strings.h"
they should instead include "string.h" for compatibility with older
UNIXs that do not have a "strings.h".  I did not feel that this change
needed a "diff" file but I can provide two if you like.
